Free delivery for orders over R800 throughout South Africa. R105.00 will be added for orders below R800.

We accept direct bank payment, Visa and Mastercard through a secure payment gateway from PayFast for South Africans.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day.

My Hair Affair ’s method of delivery is by courier directly to your home or office in South Africa. Delivery cost and time are supplied to you at checkout. Tracking details shall be given upon request within 1 business day of order placement.

The provision of goods and services by My Hair Affair is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, My Hair Affair will refund the client in full within 30 days.

 

Cancellation of orders by the client will have a 1) 10% administration fee of the total value of the order if the order has not yet been processed for delivery by My Hair Affair or 2) 20% administration fee of the total value of the order for all orders that have already been processed for delivery by My Hair Affair. The guarantees and warranties, if any, will be as per the policies of the brand/supplier.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase; for incorrect deliveries; and for defective products, you can return and/or exchange your purchased product.

Yes, you will receive an invoice after the order and payment is done
